Technical Customer Service Representative 

 

Watch Systems is a privately held software development firm based in the North Shore, LA area specializing in sex offender registration and community notification software and services at the state and local level. In the last twenty years, Watch has refined a software solution as well as supporting services that are used by more than 3,000 local, state, and federal agencies across the country. Success is based on the ability to link the technical service and support with the community's demand for relevant and timely information concerning sex offenders, in a form that they can use.

On a daily basis, we consult with end users,  Listening to a customer's unique problem and effectively matching the right service process or solution to it.. These encounters require the ability to understand their needs and provide proven technology solutions that exceed their expectations.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Usage of OffenderWatch software.

Preforming in and outbound calls to assist customers with Troubleshooting technical problems and using Preventative support skills along with training.

Desire and drive to obtain new knowledge, apply that knowledge to available tools and systems to make ongoing improvements to processes and projects.

Desire to mentor other technicians in your area of expertise and receive escalations requiring advanced troubleshooting.

Providing Technical support, Training and assisting customers on the use of software and Add-ons. 

Quickly diagnosing and resolving technical problems and/or challenges.

Technical expertise across multiple skill sets to address and resolve customer issues in an acceptable timeframe.

Operating computer, office and mailing equipment.

Working with Product Specialist, IT Dept., Sales Representatives  and Service Team to provide workable solutions for customers.

Document all activity in a ticket system.

Data entry to assist implementing new customers.

Attend weekly meetings and present status updates on projects and clients along with performance to goals

Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the company operations manual.

Compensation :  Starting salary is $28,000 a year, other benefits will be discussed with qualified applicants.
Compensation: $28,000.00 per year
