OffenderWatch is the nation’s leading sex offender registry management and community notification network. More than 3,500 local, state, and federal agencies entrust their sex offender information to OffenderWatch to ensure compliance, increase efficiency, and reduced IT costs, all while helping to protect the public with accurate, timely and complete information.

POSITION OVERVIEW    
Level 1 Business Consultant will be primarily responsible for generating sales leads through research. Additionally, will assist sales team members with information needed to help grow prospective and client state/local business. This position also requires a close working relationship with Territory Managers as well as Marketing to synchronize research in conjunction with client goals and targeted campaigns. Weekly outbound call metrics, monthly pipeline generation and sales quota requirements will be tracked and, along with achievement of revenue quota goals, will be critical success metrics used to review performance.
In addition to a mutually agreed upon base salary, this position qualifies for performance bonuses or commissions on all paid invoices from generated add on product sales. Written details of compensation and commission plan will be discussed with qualified applicants.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES           
  • Generate sales leads from data research and public safety alerts
  • Build and maintain an accurate prospect list with decision maker contacts
  • Quickly establish a customer focused value proposition over the phone on initial contact
  • Build, maintain and grow pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Follow consultative sales approach that follows value proposition within specific state
  • Review and understand state statutory requirements 


ACCOUNTABILITIES                
  • Work with Level 2/3 Business Consultants and Territory Managers to establish prospective agencies
  • Coordinate outbound call activity with targeted campaigns
  • Maintain established number of monthly outbound prospecting calls
  • Generate established number of new qualified opportunities
  • Document all activity in Sugar CRM
  • Demonstrate consistent pipeline growth of 3X quota
  • Consistently meet assigned sales quota  
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
  • Reports to the Director of Sales
  • Enlists the support of Territory Managers, implementation resources, service  resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
  • This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific customers and prospects.
 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
